To process the release of an estate, you must visit your notary and complete the Causa Mortis Form available from The Malta Stock Exchange.
Please note:
- Once duly filled and signed, the notary will send the form directly, along with the required documentation, to The Malta Stock Exchange.
- After completing their vetting process, The Malta Stock Exchange will notify us regarding the release of the estate.
- Any pending dividends will then be paid to the hereditary shareholder in arrears.
